Delete your Plazigo account

Delete in the app

Open Info → Your account → Delete your account. Sign in again if requested, then enter your account email and confirm. Account removal is permanent.

If you no longer have the app

Open Plazigo Web using the button on this page and sign in to use the same deletion function. Alternatively, request account and associated-data deletion at support@plazigo.app from the registered email address. We may verify ownership before fulfilling the request.

What happens

Your account, private saved content and sessions are removed. Shared public place information remains for others. Deletion does not cancel Apple or Google subscriptions: manage renewal in the store. Other offline devices learn of revocation when they reconnect.
